  • Production Order (PO) (e.g. V-00143)
  • Production Code (e.g. AE 04 A)

Problems

If your VENSET product should have one of the following problems, we will need some further information from you:

  • makes a funny/strange noise. Please upload an audio file with the noise (e.g. MP3/MP4 or M4A file - max. 20MB)
  • damage during transport or has a scratch/damage in the surface. Please upload a picture showing the damage (e.g. jpg, png, bmp or pdf file - max. 2MB)
